Refunds

  • When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.

What Qualifies as a Returnable Product?

  • For a Product to be returnable, it must be unopened. If a damaged or faulty product is shipped to you, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund.

How to Return a Product?

  • To return a product, you must send an e-mail through the contact page and our team will respond as soon as possible to fully refund your purchase.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

  • When returning an item, you have the option to choose your preferred refund method.
  • After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
  • Certain items can take up to 30 days. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center.
  • When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.
